aGoto.com is the largest pay per rank search engine, they can deliver a lot of clicks, but lots of advertisers now use Goto, but it can still be a good buy if you choose your keywords carefully. They definitely have the most traffic going to their site. I recommend them but you probably won't get very cheap keywords.
